At the meeting, China National Building Materials Group Corporation (CNBM) concluded a 1 GW PV power station agreement with GreenTech Energy LLC, with an amount of over 2 billion euros. This is another significant milestone in CNBM-Ukraine PV power station project cooperation as well as one of the world's largest PV power station framework agreements to date.
Yao Yan, president of CNBM, was present and delivered a speech. Among other leaders and guests present were Sergui Arbuzov, first vice prime minister of Ukraine; Sergei Titenko, chairman of the National Electricity Regulatory Commission of Ukraine; Wang Yongsheng, vice president of China Development Bank and Dai Chunning, vice president of China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation. The installed capacity of the PV power station built by CNBM in association with its Ukrainian partner has reached 540 MW as a model for deepening China-Ukraine cooperation in economic fields, especially in the field of green new energy. The 240 MW PV power station agreement concluded this July, combined with the 1,000 MW framework agreement concluded this time, has made CNBM China's largest PV module exporter and PV power station contractor. The conclusion of the framework agreement will constantly strengthen and deepen the cooperation and advance the win-win of the two sides.
